【Important Information Regarding Your Order】

■ Order Confirmation and Stock Availability

Our products are also sold at our Omotesando main store.
Therefore, please be aware that due to simultaneous orders from other customers, the item you ordered may unfortunately be out of stock.
If your ordered item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you by email.
While we strive for real-time inventory management, due to system characteristics, there may be a time lag in updates. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■ Shipping

For domestic deliveries within Japan, we generally ship within 3 business days after confirming your order.
You can specify your preferred delivery date and time during the order process if desired.
For international deliveries, please note that it may take longer than usual due to customs procedures and local conditions.
Also, due to legal regulations in various countries, some items may not be available for international shipping.
If we determine that shipping is difficult after you place an order, we will contact you.
As our items are handled as valuables, we cannot deliver to parcel lockers.
Furthermore, to prevent fraudulent use and delivery issues, we do not accept shipments addressed to forwarding service companies.
Please ensure you specify an address where you, the recipient, can directly receive the package. If there's a possibility of this, we may contact you for confirmation.

■ Customs Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, import consumption taxes, and other fees may apply.
Please be aware that all these costs are the customer's responsibility.
Customs duties and rates vary depending on the destination country or region. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with your local customs office in advance.

■ Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, with the exception of initial defects.
This includes issues such as incorrect size or differences from your imagined item. Please confirm your order details carefully before purchasing.

■ Order Cancellation and Changes

We cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once it has been confirmed.
Please carefully review your order details, address, and payment information before proceeding to confirm your order.

■ Important Notes When Using PayPal (Regarding Payment and Shipping Address)

If you are using PayPal, the shipping address you entered when placing your order must match the address in your PayPal transaction details.
If they do not match, your order will be cancelled, and payment processing fees or cancellation fees incurred in such cases will be borne by the customer.

■ Cash on Delivery (COD)

When you receive your order, please pay the delivery driver in cash.
COD Handling Fee: ¥1,000 (excluding tax)
※Due to system specifications, the cash-on-delivery (COD) handling fee will not be displayed at the time of order placement.
After we confirm your order, a flat COD handling fee of 1,000 JPY (excluding tax) will be added as a shipping surcharge.

※Cash on Delivery is only available for cash payments. Credit cards, e-money, debit cards, etc., cannot be used.
※If the total amount, including the item price and COD handling fee, exceeds ¥300,000, Cash on Delivery cannot be used. Such orders will be automatically canceled.

■ Issuing Receipts

If you require a receipt, please indicate that in the remarks section of your order along with the following information:
Recipient Name: (Company name or individual name)
Description: (Item name, or category name such as "Clothing," "Bags," etc.)
If no recipient name or description is specified, we will issue it with the orderer's name and item name, respectively.
Please note that we cannot issue receipts with descriptions that do not specify the content, such as "Merchandise Cost" or "Gift."
For cash on delivery or deferred payment options, the receipt issued by the delivery company or payment processing company will be considered official, and we cannot issue one from our store.
