How to Use
On the order screen, select "Shopping Loan" as the payment method.
Proceed with the order process according to the screen prompts.
※We will apply to Sumitomo Mitsui Card based on the information provided at the time of order, so please be careful not to make any input errors.
You will receive an email from Sumitomo Mitsui Card with a URL for credit application.
Click on the URL and register the number of payments, customer information, etc.
※Please complete the procedure within 3 days including the email reception date. (According to our company's regulations)
You will receive a confirmation contact from Sumitomo Mitsui Card via email or phone.
After that, await the screening results.
※We cannot ascertain the timing of the contact and screening results.
Once the shopping loan agreement is completed, the product will be shipped by our company.

Q. Are there age requirements for application?
A. You must be 18 years or older, with a completion age of 80 years and 11 months.
※Persons under 18 years of age cannot use the shopping loan.
※Students below high school level cannot use it.
Q. Is there an upper limit to the application amount?
A. If the total product price exceeds 10 million yen, the shopping loan cannot be used. Such orders will be automatically canceled.
Q. What is the minimum application amount and minimum monthly payment amount?
A. The minimum application amount is 30,000 yen, and the minimum monthly payment amount is 3,000 yen.
Q. Are there any documents required for application?
A. When filling out the application form, you will need the number of either your driver's license, passport, or residence card for identity verification.
Only online input is required; no fax or email is necessary.
Q. How many days does the screening take?
A. The screening can be completed in as little as one day. Screening is available 24 hours a day.
※It may take some time and days from the completion of your order to the establishment of the loan contract for the loan screening.
Q. How do I make monthly payments?
A. Payments will be debited from your bank account.
Sumitomo Mitsui Card will send you bank account registration documents. Please register online using the 2D barcode provided, or fill in the necessary information and return it within one week.
Q. Is it possible to change the number of payments midway?
A. It is not possible to change the number of payments (increase or decrease) during repayment.
Q. Is it possible to repay the full amount midway through payments?
A. Yes, it is. Please contact the Sumitomo Mitsui Card Customer Center yourself.

Q. Can I receive a contract statement?
A. After the contract, Sumitomo Mitsui Card will mail you a usage statement.

Q. Why is the first payment amount high?
A. The first payment includes the total of amounts less than 100 yen from the second and subsequent payments.
